Refund policy

To achieve this, our dedicated Quality Assurance team carefully checks each order before dispatch and pickup by the selected shipping courier. For products with numerous dimensions, be sure to consult the size chart on each product page to confirm you're selecting the correct option.

If you're not fully satisfied with the items you receive, our return and exchange policy gives you the flexibility to request a refund or an exchange, outlined below.

60-Day Return and Exchange Policy

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return or exchange. When contacting us, please provide the reason for your request, such as a malfunctioning item, wrong size, or incorrect product. In these situations, GlobalBurs.com will cover the cost of return shipping or exchanging the product.

To process a return or exchange, items must be sent back in their original condition, including all packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, you will receive an email confirming the successful processing of your refund or exchange. Please note that all returns require prior authorization to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

For packages that are unclaimed, refused at delivery, or returned due to an incorrect address, both the original shipping fees and the cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will begin processing your refund or exchange. Please allow 1-4 business days for the process to be completed. Refunds will be credited as follows:

  • PayPal refunds will be processed within 48 hours of confirmation.
  • Credit Card refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation.
